Yes. You can add channels, integrations, workflows, or skills at any time using our add-on pricing. Upgrading to a higher plan is also available — you only pay the difference.
Due to the nature of custom installation work, we don't offer refunds after setup is complete. If something isn't working as agreed, we'll fix it. Reach out within your support window.

Yes. Every install includes base security configuration — DM pairing, allowlist controls, and access restrictions. Enterprise plans include a full security audit.
A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a cloud machine we provision for you — it's always on, accessible anywhere, and requires no hardware on your end. Self-hosting means running your agent on your own computer or server. VPS is easier and more reliable for most people. Self-hosting gives you more control and zero ongoing hosting costs, but you're responsible for keeping your machine running. We only support self-hosting installs under the Custom plan.
Yes. After your install is complete, you can migrate to your own hardware. We don't provide support for hardware-related issues — if your machine goes down, that's on you. We can help with the migration itself under a custom quote.
